Forgive me if this has been posted already, but I recommend this site...

    http://www.speedanki.com/

It's like an electronic version of kanji flash cards for quizzing yourself, conveniently divided into 4-kyu through 1-kyu. Also if you register, it will keep track of which kanji you've mastered, need to review, or have not yet tried. I like it.

    Cheers,

the best way to teach yourself any language is actually to go out and make some more local friends. YOU WILL NEVER improve anything if you just hit the book even you have spent tons of hours on it...

So, anyone who want to learn Japanese, unplug your PC and go join social event.
that's my big two cents :)

I'm looking for nice ways to start and end an e-mail message. Both in an informal and more or less formal way.

I can't just translate "Dear", and what would be a good synonym for "kind regards" or "best regards"?
    Who can help?

  • naoi says: about TOEIC.....
    http://www.toeic.or.jp/

i definitely try taking Toeic test from this year =P=P=P because i have never taken Toeic in my life yet. im really afraid of how much score i can get already (++)!! but the first try will maybe with no studying. i dont know if its good or not, but i just want to know my English ability now.

i didnt know that they have the exam constantly like that(about 8 times for a year?).
btw, both of my friends(brother and sister) have the highest score of Toeic because they have lived in the UK for about 7 years since they were little. they have good sense of speaking and understanding in English also.
im really jealous at their English skills ;)) i really hope i can improve my English skills much more than now........
